Shoulder support and connections to the belt are great the front straps don't go short enough for me and they slip a lot, i am always having to readjust them. I am going to take a piece of sandpaper to them shortly, ruffun up the surface and see if they hold properly.
The phone holder is great, actually made it sized to fit my iphone.

Comfortable material doesn't irritate even when fully loaded the magnet is very strong but I scratched mine accidently when putting it away so be careful for that overall it's very good and comfortable the phone holder holds my note 10+ with a case

Recently I started using my tool belt on a fairly regular basis and quickly discovered how annoying a one side pouch set-up can be when you add even a smaller 12V drill or driver. Enter my new MagnoGrip Padded Suspenders with Smart Phone Pouch. These were kind of a spur of the moment ordering decision but I'm glad I have them. They come with four D ring belt loops that can accommodate a 3" wide belt (mine is 2" and it works fine). The "Magno" feature is a 2"x3" magnetic patch that is quite handy - it semi-firmly holds +\-10 2" drywall screws or the equivalent. The phone pocket is overly long for my iPhone SE and too narrow to fit my wife's iPhone 7+. These suspenders are comfortable and solve the uneven weighting issue of a moderately heavy one pouch rig. I'm 5'-9"" and have them adjusted to their shortest length. My only real concern is the adjustable strap clippy things - they seemed to slip a little when I have both side pouches on and fully loaded. Perhaps the slippage will go away once they're broken in. My four star rating is due to how short a time (8 days) I've used them - can't say how well they'll do in the long run. In my opinion the shortcomings are minor and none are deal breakers for me. The magnetic patch is a great feature.

Easy replacement for tool pouch suspenders. There is a little built-in magnetic spot on the top right strap that is supposed to hold metal things like screws or washers for you, it's not the strongest magnet though so I honestly don't see it being very useful. The phone pouch will work fine for most phones, but it won't fit some of the super big smart phones like the oversized iPhone 11, especially if it's in a case. The padding on the straps is alright, they aren't the cushiest ever, but they are plenty wide to distribute the weight of your pouches. Straps are fully adjustable in the front and back, and the stitching appears to be decent.

Overall a fine replacement set of suspenders in the lower price range.

These suspenders are quite comfortable to wear for long periods of time with the built in padding. I normally do not carry my phone on me when I am working due to always coming off the belt carrier, but I love the idea of having a phone pouch built into the suspenders. I can now carry my phone without worrying about losing it. The idea of being able to use them to help hold the MagnoGrip 19-Pocket Tool Belt or hold your pants whichever is need is greater is fantastic. I would have liked to seen the clips be a little sturdier to make it easier to stay fastened, but beyond that these are perfect for my needs.

It never fails when I'm working...my phone rings and (if I haven't already damaged it from having it in a pants pocket) I need to fumble with my my tool belt to answer! I finally have the solution. These phone suspenders easily kill 3 birds with one stone. My phone stores conveniently and safely out of the way; I take pressure off my hips from my tool belt, transferring it to my shoulders; and there is a strong magnetic strip for a handful of screws, drill bits and the like. No more cracked screens or coming down off the ladder to use the phone! Everything is easily within reach, yet out of the way. I honestly can't say enough good things about this sturdy and well designed addition. As for the down side, my harness arrived missing one loop that will attach it to my belt. While inconvenient to order a replacement piece, once I have received it, this item will be a great addition.

This is a nice toolbelt suspender with a couple improvements I like over my previous suspenders: One, the chest strap goes a long way toward making it feel securely strapped on instead of constantly feeling like they're sliding off my shoulders. Two, with a phone holder on one side and a magnet pad on the other, it's doing more work than just suspending (the phone holder has elastic sides that firmly hold my Samsung S8+ in its case, but it almost takes two hands to force it in). And three, the shoulders are thickly padded, so it'll stay more comfortable longer. It comes with clips on all four ends that snap easily and quickly on to the rings provided on the matching belt, which therefore gives you four extra loop-rings you can add back onto the belt wherever you want for clipping on other items. The magnet held ten medium/large nails securely even when I rocked up on my toes and dropped sharply on my heels. It's okay for that or an errant screw or nail you don't want to get lost in the big pockets because you need it back in a minute, but if you use it for heavier items like a tape measure or even a utility knife and squeeze through a couple wall studs, your coworkers are going to get some free tools—yours :-)—and that's disappointing.

It works. Shoulder padding works well. Cell phone pocket only fits small flip phone. My wife altered it. All good.

Got these for my Dad for Christmas! It got a good laugh, but also was a really good idea and there were a few other jealous Dads in the room who wanted a pair!
