Love it
Thank you!!
The belt is limited in length. I have attempted to reach out to support but I have not got a reply yet. I have had the overall setup for several years and have loved it. This year the clasps for the shoulder straps stopped staying closed so every time I bent over they would unhook from the belt.
After using this belt for two days, I didn’t feel support and as a tool belt I think it was positioned too high over my hips.
I have a couple of the full rigs set up differently (one for the shop and one for outdoor work), and love the back support My wife wanted some support when babysitting our grandson, and I bought her this. She loves it! it is comfortable and effective.
Great product. I loved my framing rig so I bought the belt to make a smaller rig fo the workshop. Back support is nothing short of amazing.

Bought this online to go with a set of MagnoGrip suspenders. I'm kind of disappointed that there are no dedicated metal connection points for the suspenders, and that the belt does not have the corresponding hook portion of the velcro, to go with the loop portion that is on the padded portion of the belt. Other than that, it's comfortable and I like the back support.
It's a pretty comfortable work belt and includes a 2 inch belt for carpenter's pockets. The back support helps encourage healthy lifting habits.
The belt was comfortable but would slip
MagnoGrip Padded Work Belt with Integrated Back Support, Gray review: None of the members in my household could buckle this belt - it was so stiff and difficult to handle. Maybe if time passes and I pull and tug on it then it might be flexible enough to actually tie around my waist but so far we have been unable to mount it to our bodies. There ya go!
I wish I had this back support belt years ago. I have several herniated disk in my lower back making it hard to lift and even sometimes walk. I have tried cheaper belts but they always seem to shift up and down and get to be very uncomfortable over time. This belt is fantastic. It has plenty of padding for comfort, along with a very sturdy bracing in the back area for support. I love the idea of have not only having the Velcro fasteners but also come with an adjustable web belt that you are able to cinch up tight.
MagnoGrip Padded Work Belt with Integrated Back Support is an extra wide nine inch belt, others I've seen are four to five inches high. The belt is soft with what feels like stiff poly material for the stays that have varying degrees of rigidity. The back ones are the stiffest and as it goes out on either side they are a little softer. The belt provides a range of waist sizes, fits my 36-inch waist easily. It is sized with a double-tongue roller buckle with three hole positions. On the tool web an adjustment clasp that can adjust the belt further either in or out quite a bit up to 48-inches per the spec.
The belt system consists of two belts in one. The first belt is the padded one with back support made of 1680-Denier Ballistic material . It has belt loops that accept a narrower inner belt where the buckle is attached and has all the waist adjustment. The narrower belt is web belting, 2-inches high and goes into the larger belt's loops. The web belt is where you hang tool pouches around the waist. Just an aside, I have another manufacturer's tool pouches that uses a clip system, fits perfectly with this MagnoGrip tool-belt. Lastly, the belt rolls up nice for storage. Roll it up buckle side first and tuck the 2-inch web on itself at the end and the Velcro end will hold it closed.
I originally got this belt because I needed more back support. The belt with both the buckle and web clasp can be extra tightened. When lifting the support comes high on the back from the stays found in the Denier ballistic belt. It keeps you upright and less likely to get your posture out of alignment in lifting. A secondary benefit is using it makes you more aware of the risk and thereby are more careful. Surprisingly, the belt system is very comfortable to wear. You get quickly used to it with no back discomfort so far. The stays are firm, but have some flex so they are not sticking into you. Aside from the weight of the tools, the belt itself you can wear all day. It is nicely done, MagnoGrip put a lot of thought into it.
MagnoGrip Padded Work Belt with Integrated Back Support, Gray
Wow what a nice quality built back support belt. The belt is fully adjustable with universal fit and is very heavy duty. The belt is made with 100% durable 1680-Denier Ballistic material. You will not have to worry about this belt wearing out or falling apart.
I really like that you do not have to have the suspenders to wear it. I have another brand that has the suspenders attached and for what i do it is a real hassle.
The belt give you the support where you need it and really helps prevent back strain even doing the odd jobs around the house where you are bending and lifting.
The heavy duty buckle is much better than the other brands that use a Velcro belt.
Pretty stout!
I have had lower back trouble since I was 30, so a solid back brace is a must. The MAGNOGRIP PADDED WORK BELT is pretty good. It's WIDE, stout, solid, comfortable, and holds the back nicely in place.
The MAGNOGRIP has a Velcro belt but that's just to hold it in place so you can adjust the loop belt -- and having an adjustable loop belt is a great touch! You can get the belt nice and tight.
Another nice touch is that the belt is compatible with MAGNOGRIP products like their padded suspenders.
